What are the advantages of the HACCP checklist for you?

How does the HACCP check work?

You answer a series of simple questions such as “Has an HACCP coordinator been appointed?” With “yes” or “no” and, if necessary, make significant notes in the comment box to map your concept as accurately as possible. You do not have to answer the questions chronologically and can navigate between the individual categories at any time. Please note, however, that we do not save intermediate scores. It is best to fill out the HACCP checklist completely within your session and have the documentation sent to you by e-mail.
